• Traditions of Roman Catholic Homeschoolers (TORCH) is an association of lay faithful established to promote and support homeschooling among families who are engaged in providing their children's primary education at home.

TORCH membership is open to all Christian denominations and non-homeschooling families are welcomed to join so that they can participate in any of our activities on non-school days, evenings, or weekends.
• TORCH members are from the New Richmond, Somerset, Roberts, Amery, Houlton, Hudson and surrounding communities.

The group acts as a network and provides support through Mothers & Wives Fellowship Meetings, the study of the TOGETHER (Familiaris Consortio) program, Little Flowers Girls Club, the Blue Knights Boys Club and a variety of other children’s activities and family events.

Immaculate Heart Homeschoolers (IHH)

• IHH provides a weekly opportunity for your homeschooling family to participate in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass followed by 2 weekly classes taught by priests from the Society of Jesus Christ the Priest for elementary through high school students. Preschoolers and toddlers enjoy activities and free play during class time. Confessions are offered for students and parents. In addition, there is a variety of field trips and activities. An Annual Student Awards Breakfast and HS Olympics/Education Fair are special highlights of the spring semester.
• Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly, Catholic atmosphere in which our
families can live and grow in Christ. There is no membership fee at this
time. We encourage members to participate as much or as little based on the needs of their family.
• The group's leadership is shared among its members.
•IHH serves families from the Sauk Prairie and surrounding areas. |
